About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organised and proactive Operations Executive who can support day-to-day client coordination, design execution, social media management and business operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple types of tasks, communicate clearly, and be willing to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Design Coordination

• Understand client briefs and requirements.
• Explain briefs and changes clearly to the designer.
• Proofread and check final designs before sharing with clients.
• Cross-check all client modifications and ensure nothing is missed before final delivery.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit social media content.
• Smart use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and day-to-day work.

Management Assistance

• Handle small research and miscellaneous tasks.
• Manage required follow-ups.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

Basic Business Operations

• Follow up on pending payments.
• Collect vendor bills/invoices and provide them to the accountant.
• Maintain basic documents and data.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Good attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Organised, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
